The Rt. Hon. Sir Roderic Lyne KBE CMG is a former British diplomat who served three times in Moscow between 1972 and 2004. Amongst his roles he served as foreign advisor to the Prime Minister (1993-1996), UK Ambassador to international organisations in Geneva 1997-2000 and UK Ambassador to Russia during President Putin’s first term. Since then, he has been continuously engaged in Russian affairs as a company director, consultant, author, lecturer and frequent broadcaster.

Carlos Aníbal Almeida has been Executive Officer – Forestry, Procurement and Logistics at Suzano since early 2021. Carlos has a wealth of professional experience having previously served in the Industrial Systems department at General Electric Brazil as Sales General Manager. Carlos joined Suzano in 2003 and has held the positions of Executive Manager of the Pulp Business Unit, Executive Officer – Pulp & Paper Sales and Marketing, and Executive Officer – Pulp Business. Carlos has an Electrical Engineering degree from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) and an MBA from Insper São Paulo.

Michal Jarczynski holds a degree in mechanical engineering and chemical and food processing industry from the Poznan University of Technology, as well as a postgraduate diploma in finance and controlling from the Poznan University of Economics. During his 30–years professional experience he has performed several leading positions (MD, COO, CEO) in the paper industry and energy sector.

Michal Jarczynski serves as CEO of Arctic Paper Group 2009-2012 and since 2019.

Javier Solari is Uruguayan and holds a degree in agricultural engineering from the Faculty of the Republic, as well as an MBA in Management & Finance from the Columbia Business School. Javier has more than 25 years of experience in the forestry sector and has been a key player in the industrial development in the country. He currently serves as Vice President of UPM’s Project in Uruguay and is responsible for the development of UPM’s new investment in Uruguay.

Fiona is a bioenergy consultant and market analyst with more than fifteen years' experience in the renewable energy industry. She joined Hawkins Wright in 2013 and is now responsible for overseeing the company's bioenergy activities. She is the co-author of Hawkins Wright’s market-leading Outlook for Wood Pellets service and Editor of Forest Energy Monitor. Fiona regularly undertakes consultancy projects for clients in Asia, Europe and North America on topics including wood pellet and biomass markets, sustainability, and energy policy.

She has a degree in Physics from the University of York and is an APMP qualified Project Manager.

Oliver is a seasoned industry analyst and consultant, boasting over two decades of expertise in the global pulp and paper sector. Since joining Hawkins Wright in 2007, he has played a pivotal role as one of the editors of Pulpwatch, the firm's monthly newsletter. He is also the co-author of the Outlook for Market Pulp service and the principal author of the Outlook for Dissolving Pulp. His leadership in consultancy projects spans feasibility studies for pulp mills across Latin America, Russia, and Southeast Asia, and he is a frequent presenter at industry conferences.
